How do I send my photos?
Use the order form or email [email protected]. Attach up to a few photos directly, or add a WeTransfer, Google Drive or Dropbox link for larger sets.
Is a phone photo good enough?
Usually, yes. Modern phones take photos that retouch well. If a photo is too blurry or too dark to fix properly, I'll tell you honestly before you pay anything.
Which file should I send?
The original. Not a screenshot, and not a copy sent through WhatsApp or another messenger, because they compress the photo. If you send through a messenger, send it as a file or document.
What kinds of photos do you retouch?
Portraits, beauty, headshots, weddings, family and fashion. If you're unsure about yours, send it and ask.
Do I need to explain what to change?
No. You can simply say "make it look good, keep it natural". If something matters to you, like a scar you want to keep or a stray hair you hate, mention it and I'll follow it.
The result
Will I still look like myself?
Yes. That's the whole point. I keep skin texture, face shape and the features that make you recognisable. The goal is you on a good day, not someone else.
Can you make me slimmer or change my face?
Only if you ask, and only subtly. If a change would look fake, I'll say so and suggest something that won't.
Can you remove a person or object from the photo?
Often, yes. How easy it is depends on what's behind them. It counts as more complex work, so it's reflected in the quote.
What if I don't like the result?
Tell me what feels off. Small revisions are included. If you want a different direction entirely, we agree on it before I redo the work.
Price & time
How much does it cost?
From €30 per photo. The final price depends on how much the photo needs and how many photos you send. You get an exact price in your free quote.
Why isn't there a fixed price list?
Because a quick skin pass on a studio shot and rebuilding a background on a phone photo are very different jobs. A quote means you pay for what your photo needs, nothing more.
Is it cheaper per photo if I send many?
The number of photos changes the per-photo price and the timeline. Your quote shows both for your exact amount.
How long does it take?
The quote arrives within 24 hours and includes a delivery date. Single photos are quick. Larger series get a schedule that fits the volume.
How do I pay?
Payment options and terms are written in your quote, so you know everything before you say yes.
For photographers
Which formats do you work with?
JPEG, 8 or 16-bit TIFF and PSD. I can deliver flattened files or a layered PSD. Tell me your colour space (sRGB or Adobe RGB) and I'll keep it.
Can you match my editing style?
Yes. Send 3–5 finished images you like, or your preset. For a new collaboration I start with one free test edit so you can check the match.
Do you work white-label? Will you sign an NDA?
Yes to both. Your clients never see my name, and I don't publish your work unless you allow it in writing.
How do you handle large sets?
Through a shared folder. File names stay the same, and big sessions can be delivered in batches so you can start culling or sharing early.
Privacy
Is my photo private?
Yes. Only I see it. It's used for your order and nothing else.
Will you post my photo in your portfolio?
Only with your written permission. No permission means it never appears anywhere.
How long do you keep my files?
For 30 days after delivery, in case you need a revision or a lost download. Then they're deleted. Ask, and I'll delete them sooner.
